Reset Network settings.

After resetting and joining wifi, tap the blue "i" next to the wifi network in settings - DISABLE "private address"
* Student iPads should connect to 2020Portal automatically at school without login. Do not connect to other networks.

Delete/reinstall an app
Sometimes apps will not open correctly. You can reinstall apps from Self Service.
1. Hold down the app icon until it jiggles. Press the "x" beside of it to uninstall.

Battery issues
Only use the Charging brick that came with your iPad. Try using different outlets or another charger/cable to test.
If the battery percentage doesn't move past a point even when plugged in for a long time, or changes randomly, try a hard reset. You can also try to reset your settings or calibrate your battery.

Print from iPad at school
In most cases it's ideal to save and send files electronically (i.e. Schoology/email). But if you are required to print at school:
Option 1 - print from a desktop
Email the doc/webpage to yourself and print from a lab or classroom computer WITH TEACHER PERMISSION.
OR, save in cloud storage on your iPad (Word Onedrive/Google Drive/etc.) and open it up and print from a computer. Note that there is a shortcut to Google Drive and Office365 on school PC's. With Office 365, you can even edit the documents from the online version of the Office apps.
Option 2 - Airprint from iPad
Both labs (206 & Library) and some classroom printers are capable to print directly from iPads. From the print menu in your app, tap "Select Printer" and you will see a list of available printers by room #. You have to have EXPLICIT PERMISSION from your teacher to use their printer.
